Motel 6 Aransas Pass

There was a strong unpleasant smell of cleaning chemicals. The room was not cleaned well nevertheless. The sink and bath were clogged. No shampoo. It's a newer hotel but poorly maintained. Lower rated hotels nearby for the same price are actually better than this one.

Amount paid for March 15 was $209 Amount paid for March 16 was $152 BOTH of my rooms were HORRIFIC!! BOTH of my rooms had Double Beds (2 Queen sized beds) The bedsheets on the beds in BOTH rooms were filthy, had crumbs on them and had numerous of stains. The pillow cases were stained filled as well. The decorative blankets for tye beds were so stained it looked like someone threw coffee all over them. I had to re sweep BOTH rooms due to the excessive amounts of sand on floors. Dresser under the tv had sticky circles on them from the previous guests. The microwave glass turntable plate had food stuck to it. The bed baseboards were covered in sand and what looked like mud and you could even tell where dogs had previously urinated on them. Ice buckets in both rooms were not cleaned. Boogers and handprints on walls. Blood splatter on the trim of the bathroom vanity mirror. The female front desk manager extremely rude and unprofessional. Raised her voice at another guest from different room that was trying to complain about their dirty room bedding. Female manager blamed the nasty bedding on the guest. Female manager lied to her boss regarding the other guests complaints. I asked for a full refund because of how disgustingly filthy and unsanitary BOTH rooms were and was told they could only refund me $75. However the other other guests that complained was given a full refund for their room. I find this disrespectful and unfair because if they got a full refund I should have as well! I have pictures as well as videos of how disgusting my room was. I also have voice recording of the Female Front desk manager raising her voice at the other complaining guest and blaming the guest for the dirty bedding and even proves she completely lied to her boss by saying the guest only complained about bedding only. I have pictures, videos, as well as a 19 minute recording of the female front desk raising her voice at another guest that was complaining and blaming the other guest for what she was complaining about.
