        Problems with Pulte is a quality of homes, prices skyrocketing over the roof, but but materials they use and work itself is a joke. They paying little better attention on their model to impress you at one's, since you are on the hook, careless treatment. 1 star of reviews would be fare. Read contract carefully, add your requirements to it, let them signed it before you pay even 1 dollar. Some builders deserve to be out of buisness for sloppy construction jobs.
