        Order ahead, used the Mobil order line which moved very quickly and for I think the first time, maybe the second, the order was correct!!

        This new drive thru is a disaster for regular customers. The mobile drive thru is always empty and now the regular drive thru line is slowed by 50%. Regular customers are now slower at the expense of serving the mobile lane. Love Chick fil A and everything you guys do I back 100%, but this was not a great business idea. Slower drive thru means slower orders, which means less food sold. Now I frequent less because of the lines. Now your losing sales.
