        Horrible customer service. We took out lawn mower there because Ryobi told us they would do warranty work for free. They ended keeping the mower for over 6 months kept beating around the bush telling us it was the charger then it was the battery and they had to order several parts, then proceeded to tell us the batteries werent under warranty and we had to pay over $1000 for storage fees and the guy who worked there told me he wasnt going to play my games and hung up on me. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!

        Took my mower for warranty work. They did work that wasn't covered under warranty. Now asking me for $1000 to get my mower back. Bad customer service and the little guy that answers the phone has a bad attitude!
