A great group of people volunteering so much of their time for our troops that are assigned and stationed out of our country. They are given many items from home that allows them the thought that so many of us miss them and care for them. This small group working to get this together and shipped do a great deal work for these veterans.

This place is incredible. Started over 15 years ago by Mary Mareno. Very organized. Incredible place that is run by all volunteer's. They make care packages twice a year out of donated items to mail overseas to our deployed men and women. I had the pleasure of seeing over 3,500 Christmas packages ready for mailing out. It is truly an amazing place.

This is one of the best local initiatives- volunteer organization that sends roughly 4,000 "Care packages" annually to our men and women deployed overseas. Local donations of things like socks, foot powder, and leftover Halloween candy provide a little touch of home. There us always a need for small things, volunteers to pack boxes, and funds to cover shipping. Check their FB page for a list of needs. They support our troops with more than words...they match our words with deeds. Little things mean a lot.
