I have purchased 2 tractors and 2 brush hogs from this company, and had good experience but I ordered a part for my tractor that THEY said was the right part, turned out was the wrong part so I needed to get the correct part which was double the price, which was fine, but while trying to return the wrong part, that THEY ordered not me, I was told they would not refund my money because I didnt open the box correctly and THE BOX was damaged, NOT the part but the box!!! the part was still in bubble wrap never been installed or used. Parts department has HORRIBLE customer service and VERY rude!!!!!!!! So for this I will be taking my business somewhere else

Really impressed and glad that someone recommended this place to me. Charlene helped me over the phone find some hard to get parts to help a friend fix some cylinders on his forklift. She was very helpful in every aspect and hope to be able to do business with them again..

I needed a rotary mower last minute and Tim took my call. He listened to what I needed and made me a good deal, then he drove it out 25 minutes to me for free and brought the paperwork. Helped to get set up too. Hope they start renting dirt equipment soon!
