        If your looking for a nice clean good managing no roach infested apartments and serious plumbing problems don't go to chateau these apartments are the worst in the angleton area walls have mole ceilings are falling in and mangement is the poorest I have ever seen in my life yes there are no back ground checks nor credit checks or pet deposit but at the end of the day that why it's so easy to get in they have no respect for there tenents

        If you don't want bed bugs don't rent here. Landlord, Lina says it's your responsibility to get rid of bed bugs even if it was not your fault. Beware!!

        This manager needs fired! She acts like she's the dictator of a small country and the tenants are peasants to her. She will discriminate against the handicapped. And embarrass them and humiliate them. Very controlling do not live here unless you like prison.
