This is a terrible company to work for. My boyfriend has worked for the a couple times. As a owner operator they pay terrible. As a company driver they want you to continually ran. Even when you don't have hours. His last day was last Friday. They gave him a load to deliver Saturday. He spoke with several people telling them he would be leaving the load on the yard. None of the people communicated the load was there. So now they are charging him $250.00 because of the employees who don't communicate. Don't work for this company. They will steal money from you

Exercise caution when dealing with this company. I had an unfortunate experience with Allen, who provided me with a load only to have me cancel on a driver, seemingly for his own benefit, Ivan it wasnt my load your mad at wrong broker. Additionally, after addressing this issue with him, I received no further loads from him. I'd recommend being wary of placing trust in Jax, Vince, Allen, Shane, and David. My confidence in their integrity is lacking. It's disconcerting to think I could face legal challenges for sharing my honest feedback. Notably, Shane now has a history of withholding payments from contractors. Despite its modest size, the company does not conduct credit checks, yet expects its sales guys to bear the brunt of client non-payments. Approach with caution and avoid the s
