I broke down in Amarillo. They fit me in to their schedule and fixed my car. Great people. Turned a horrible experience into a great relief. Thanks to all the staff.

This is a terrible service dept. Took my wifes 2021 accord in twice with two different problems and their answer both times is we can't fix it. What's the point of buying a nice car with extended warranty when the Honda service department is either incompetent or apathetic to our problems. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Honda next one won't come from them guaranteed.

I was there for the regular multi-point inspection and oil change. They completed the inspection and came out with their findings and costs, this is their standard work. I approved some and rejected the rest. When I was at the register to pay the bill they asked me to pay an additional $228 bill. They said they replaced the TPMS sensor and this additional bill is for one TPMS sensor replacement. I did not accept this as they did not give me a price for it and did not get approval for this replacement. The service manager said they could remove it but charged $175 for labor to have it removed. Of course I didn't accept that. Then they agreed to remove it for free. I waited an extra 30 minutes for this. The service manager was rude even though it wasn't my fault they "forgot" to get confirmation for the additional $228. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
