had a derate code pop up and everyone else in town I called was booked out for at least a couple days. Service manager told me bring it right in and we'll see what we can do. 2.5 hours later I'm rolling again for a simple sensor. Very friendly and worked to get me rolling. Even with an inactive code at the time the tech gave me probable cause and options.

Worst. They take forever to diagnos. And then on top the front clerks are really rude, no customer service skills. And they not even seeing if my stuff is covered under wareenty which it is
