IF you're lucky somene might answer the phone the 12th time you call, but only after the answering machine sends you in ridiculous circles. The office and warehouse are both locked during what they call their business hours. Knocking does NOT help. Ineptitude is an understatement. I'm saddened and extremely disappointed by how this place is run. It's a much-needed avenue for people, but I don't know how those in need will EVER get food with the way this place is run. There has got to be a better way.

I had to call to arrange a pick up a food box and they were extremely helpful in helping me get things situated to get that done.

I pulled up to pick up a friend that was doing community service. And there was a guy outside by the dumpster. Smoking on a pipe. He was very rude showing my truck away like I was causing some kind of problem instead of coming or trying to talk to me at my window. When I got out to speak to him. He yelled and he was very rude. I don't know what he was smoking out of that pipe. But I would never patronize his place. I would never recommend going to this place. It's the same junk everywhere else. Typical amarillo attitude
