        It was horrible they humiliated me in front of everyone there all because I tried on a pair of white shoes when I clearly came in with black shoes and as I was still shopping this lady walks up to me how i liked the pumas that I had on and so I replied with i love them but after i thought about it for a second I realized she was thinking I had there shoes on so I told her these are my shoes and she told me sure I showed her the dirt that were on my shoes and made a comment that it's crazy going to come accuse me of stealing for no reason I would love to speak with her boss

        Mary Helen, the store manager, is the absolute worst. I can't believe yall still haven't fired her for how horrible she treats workers. Unbelievable.

        Shoe Dept. Encore in Amarillo, Texas was such an impressive store, many interesting choices for shoes here, I ended up being overwhelmed by all the awesome options and didn't end up buying anything, I wish I had. plenty of free parking in the parking lot attached to Westgate mall
