        My twin sister & I needed help selling her house so she could downsize!! I cannot say enough about Cody, he was so nice and very fast & efficient in the entire process! No judging either (if you have clutter) He takes care of everything which was such a BLESSING No repairs, no inspection or closing costs. Most importantly NO STRESS!!! Big thanks to Jennifer who is fabulous! High Plains Home Buyers is amazing! Thank you so much!!!
