I rented a home from them for a year, and everything was great. When it came time to move out we left everything in great condition, if not better in order to get our deposit back. We cleaned everything and even patched holes and repainted walls that previous tenants had left damaged. When it came time to get our deposit back I kept getting ignored or told that they'd find out, but never got a response back. I guess if you rent from them don't expect your deposit back. Going on 3 weeks and still no update

Rented with them for three years with no problems, but when we finally moved out (after having painted all three bedrooms out of pocket and cleaning after we've got our stuff out) we never heard back about our security deposit. For weeks we called them and just got the run around until we looked at our lease agreement and noticed that they broke the contract by not informing us within 30 days of us turning in the keys. When we went up to the office they said one of the ceiling fans wasn't working (it never worked while we were there) and the master bedroom's carpet was bad (it was always bad, with a strong urine smell) and that "if we know that a tenet isn't going to be getting their deposit back, we don't even get in contact with them". So all this to say, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, or at the very least don't EVER expect your deposit back, even if you've been good tenets and have paid on time every single month. You hope to find a good landlord who will treat their tenets with respect, these are not them.
