Asked to speak to supervisor over the phone to find out if they would do what we needed done, was told supervisor would CALL. He showed up at the house w/o calling first which he was NOT supposed to do. They want $80 to give an estimate which we needed an answer to 1 question before we went any further. They lost a potential customer by not doing what was agreed to.

Patrick Plumbing is very dependable. The staff is friendly and the plumbers are very good. I feel confident with them because I know they will fix the issue whatever it may be

Everything about them deserves a 5 star! The person that picked up the phone and scheduled us in was very kind. Our plumber Pat came out within hours of the call and was very attentive and helpful. We will be asking for him every time!
