Absolutely the worst personal in the world. We got a terrible pizza and called the manager. She said to bring in and they would replace the same. Said she would write our name down and we could come any time. Went by, name noon list, no pizza. Furthermore todays manager was grossly misinformed about the previous nights conversation and informed us, THERE IS NO WAY IM GIVING YOU ANOTHER PIZZA. Told us to call corporate if we had a problem. Recommend everyone avoid this TOXIC establishment

On March 20th I ordered 42 dollars of pizza for my family online. I never complain or put reviews but after calling and getting no help and then no call back from the number provided for almost a week now, I gotta say something. The pizza (deep dish AND the hand tossed) had raw dough. I have photos. I asked if we could have at least the deep dish replaced since it was the absolute worst and they said "since you've eaten part of the pizza we can't replace it." What?! How else did we find out it was uncooked? We had to bite into it a couple times to figure out it wasn't cooked. Took pics of all the uneaten pizza along with the raw uncooked bitten pieces. We threw it away and called it a loss. This is happening at the other locations as well. Especially the one on plains/Georgia. They have replaced my parents pizzas entirely before because it was all raw dough.
