        About a week ago I called Stanton Optical in Amarillo. I explained that I need a complete eye exam as I haven't had one in years and I now have floaters in one eye, plus I need new glasses. I was given an appointment for this. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment yesterday. The worker who met me as I came in the door asked what I was there for. I told her my name and said I had an appointment for a complete eye exam, due to floaters in my eye and needing new glasses. In a cold tone of voice she told me that they do not have an eye doctor there, and that I should go to either Eyemart Express or to Walmart, where they actually have eye doctors that can dilate and exam my eyes. I live over 100 miles away in a small New Mexico town. I drove all that way for nothing!

        I made 3 appointments for me my child and my mom because call center said they took our insurance. We drive an hour to go to the appointments and were informed that they do not accept our insurance. The call center is a liar
