Been a couple months, since I was supposed to receive my glasses. Theres zero excuse on how this business is so garbage at just making and giving people their glasses. Go to any other eye doctor instead. Ill hand deliver your glasses Your lenses are being weird Im not gonna be in office also I got few of my contacts not even the whole box just 3-4 pairs when ordered btw.

It's been over 6 weeks waiting on my glasses, no one ever answers the phone or calls back.. now I'm about to physically go down their daily..

I paid for glasses for myself and my kids on 2/1/2023. Joel has given me the run around telling me twice he would bring our glasses to me and then does not show up or call, and if I call him, I get voicemail from my number. He answers other numbers says let me call you right back, and I receive no call." I will never use Look Optical again, and I would seriously warn against anyone else using them unless you want to get your glasses right before its time for a new prescription. I can not believe that anyone would manage any company this way. We were told 10 days 30 days at the most we are almost 3 months out! Give me our glasses, my God! I will be calling the BBB tomorrow if this is not resolved.

I ordered my glasses back I. November 2022. Still don't have my glassed. Getting a phone call back is impossible. The staff is nice but there are no excuses for this.
