        I would rate NO stars if you had it.My tech for 3/11/24 texted me 3x that day that he was coming& what time he was coming to repair my washer.He NEVER showed up,or called or texted that he was not coming.His name was Tyler.I called the Geek Squad customer service department. They caled& texted,him,he didn't respond.I had to contact another local repair service here in Anarillo,and paid them $334 out of my own pocket.So I am extremely dissatisfied with your Geek Squad service. To say the least.
