My husband and I needed to move because he was relocating to another position in the government. Therefore, it was a government paid move. We only had two realtor options. One being Mendy at ERA. She was great in the beginning. The problem I have is with the company overall. Mendy's co-worker new about our house and the low-ball price we were going to put it on the market for. This co-worker asked if her clients could see it three days before it went on the market. They looked at it and made an offer. The kicker was that realtor was a family member of the buyers. Things went sooth in the beginning. The well was checked and was underproducing. We were told that the buyers wanted a new well (on top of all the other things they wanted outlined in the contract). We obliged because we are kind people and took pride in the home. Not to mention we had a contract for a new home and needed that to go through in a timely manner. Our backs were against a wall. Also, we were not advised by Mendy of other options. Then began a constant flow of more work to be done on the home. The buyers even asked a week before closing, and three days after the new well was drilled, to have the lawn landscaped. Really? Why would their realtor advise them to do that. It would push the moving date? It was torture. It was the most painful experience in our life. Yes, they can ask and all we have to say is "no". I understand. But at what point is too much? What point does it go beyond and becomes unprofessional to advise your clients to keep asking? Oh, that's right it was family. Oh, that's right our realtor works in the same office as their realtor. I believe nepotism was going on. I believe that the buyers knew about our situation and were advised to take full advantage. Our realtor did not advise us, did not bring other options to the table which is what we hired her to do. Us, the sellers best interest was not sought after. Instead, the family members of the other realtor walked away with all they could get from us. So unprofessional.

I cannot even come up with the right words to express the experience I had with Jessica! She is beyond the best realtor I have ever worked with! She is patient, fun and super knowledgeable! We saw close to, if not over, 30 houses and not once did she get frustrated or annoyed with us. She took every thing we said about each and every house and helped piece all of our likes together to find the perfect house for my family and I! If you are lookin for someone who is going to be along side you every step of the way and who is going to go above and beyond what is expected of her to meet your needs Jessica is your girl! Thank you so much The Zimmerman Team and specifically Jessica for helping me find my forever home!

For many people your home is your most valuable asset, myself included. The first home I ever purchased was in Amarillo. Although a job opportunity transferred me out of town shortly after I purchased the property, I held onto the home to allow a friend of mine to rent it from me. Fifteen years and one global pandemic later, I decided it was time to finally sell the house. Residing out of state, I relied heavily on referrals from colleagues and online reviews to find a reliable realtor I could trust with one of the biggest financial decisions Ive ever faced. Jennifer Green with the Zimmerman Team was exactly the knowledgable, honest, dependable and highly responsive realtor I had hoped to find! I initially reached out to Jennifer 2 years before I finally decided to list the property for sale with her. I found Jennifer by her excellent reviews; searching after the first local realtor I contacted provided me with comps that intentionally devalued my property so that her investors could pay less for it. Demonstrating her integrity, Jennifer provided me with a truly unbiased and accurate comp (based on the same information I gave the other realtor) that allowed me to discover the true value of my property. In my first conversation with her, Jen proved to me the value of selecting an honest, ethical and intelligent realtor. Over the years, Jennifer always provided me with all of the advice I needed to make well-informed decisions for myself - never once pressuring me to make a decision I wasnt ready to make. Each time I contacted her, she gave thorough, same-day responses, even though I postponed selling my property for YEARS. Her patience is absolutely unparalleled. When I finally listed the home with her, it meant a lot to me that Jennifer allowed me make the final decision on things like listing price and when to make the listing go live. I also found it extremely helpful that Jennifer also provided me with referrals for handymen and other contractors to assist me with repairs - each one of her referrals were reasonably priced and did incredible work. She also made herself available to let my contractors into the home, since I was out of state and couldn't do it myself. She even kept an eye out for the new curb-side trash can that was expected to be delivered and made sure it made it's way into the garage so it wouldn't get stolen. Because of her local knowledge, advice and expertise (and my cleaning skills), we were able to get the home fixed up and listed within one week of becoming vacant. 3.5 hours after the listing went live, we had found our buyer! The icing on the cake - the offer came in for thousands of dollars above our list price! (The sellers market was much stronger than either of us anticipated). After we received the offer, Jennifer demonstrated impressive negotiation skills and gave great recommendations on what concessions to seriously consider. The negotiations went smoothly (both sides gave in a little) and the transaction closed within 45 days! I am so thankful for the opportunity to work with Jennifer on this transaction because she helped me reach my goal of preserving the maximum amount of equity that I worked most of my adult life to build in this property. She put in a lot of work for me and my family and she truly earned every penny of her commission. Jen if you see this, thank you for all you have done for us! We wish you all the best! If you ever need recommendation or testimonial please don't hesitate to reach out! - Sarah

We loved working with Jessica when we were searching for our first home. She was super patient and quite literally held our hand through the whole process. Buying a house can be nerve wrecking but Jessica made the process easy and smooth. We highly recommend her or anyone on her team for the whole home buying process! We will forever be grateful to her for helping us get into our forever home.
