At 11:05am I went there, I knocked office two guys there, one was eating breakfast, they kept me waiting for 15 minute.. no care customers.

Great service they check all your fluids and make sure your ready to go all for an oil change purchase! Great work !

I want to first start by saying Im not the type to post reviews to bash any business, however Im not the type to allow anyone to mistreat people especially my people even if it was a random person from the street we all deserve some level of kindness. My mom went to get a routine inspection done earlier today at the pit stop located on 1603 s Grand St one of the employees (older white gentleman) made it a unpleasant experience not only once but, twice the first time was brushed off as maybe he is having a bad day then it happened again there is a point in our lifes as adults that there is absolutely no excuse its our job to keep our composure. Especially, while representing a business we as customers have an expectation of courteous and professional services he fell far short of that. He did not use proper business etiquette in any shape or form he used profanity & displayed aggression by honking his horn & shouting, no matter his mood this behavior is unacceptable and highly disrespectful. Once I called to discuss this matter with him after my mom called me upset to my dismay, when he answered it was like talking to a toddler he did not take any responsibility for his derogatory behavior and was unremorseful I should not have to explain to a grown man especially older than me how to have humanity the way we treat people seems so small but, matters. Him acting foolishly is tarnishing his own reputation and could make someone elses day take a blow. My mom will recover but if it was anyone else they may not have took that so lightly. I dont believe a person that does not care how he makes another person feel could care whether not, your vehicle drives safely on the road or, gets you home. I am very disappointed and do not recommend their services for you, friends or any family members if you want hospitality and courtesy steer away.
