I had hernia surgery there. Wonderful staff and great Doctor, am very satisfied. In 3 weeks time, I had surgery, and am doing well now. This all started April 7 and I'm 2 weeks post surgery right now and feel much better.

If you enjoy condescending comments, consistently passing the buck, and fake respect that you recognized as a forced job qualification then you'll be right at home here.
Because of no fault of my own, my disability income was disappearing too quickly and with my caseworkers help we found the problem but instead of getting a little bit back to buy food and household items that I really needed it was applied to future rent. I complained about the outcome to my caseworker and now I have to have a police escort everytime I'm on the VA campus. I've decided that the next time I go onto the VA campus will be never again.

They care about us Veterans, professional, trusting, dedicated to our care and needs. Won't go to a different VA clinic or Hospital. I love it there

Im have nothing but good things to say about this VA. I have went into the ER on many occasions along with their other clinics. They have some of the most caring staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. A few bad apples but that has been few and far between. Getting out of the military disabled I was dreading the VA health care system. Having the Amarillo VA for my care I havent been able to ask for better. Thank you all!
