DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS BUSINESS AT ALL!!! They fixed the pulley and belt system on my girlfriends vehicle, and it malfunctioned a little over a month later. After showing the vehicle to another mechanic we were told that the part that Overmans auto put in was faulty. The pulley and belt literally fell apart. Once we called and explained to the mechanic what happened, he and his wife were extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to help the problem or give us the warranty for the part unless we paid full price. We were calm and tried to explain the problem but the wife kept interrupting us. We werent rude whatsoever and when once refused to pay full price for a part that they fixed about a month ago, the male mechanic cussed us out over the phone calling us motherf*ckers then hung up. This place is not professional and does not issue out receipts or documents of their work. They will ask you to CashApp them without documenting what they have done. You are better off going to an actual mechanic and not people who live and sleep at their mechanic shop. They will rip you off if given the chance.
