Great service. Called yesterday re one zone having a FAULT. Yep, indeed. I first replaced an old timer because it just disallowed other zones to water and never specifically reorted a FAULT. The new timer was happy watering the first five zones, but on the sixth it signaled a FAULT. This morning Rock & Sons Irrigation immediately in first 5 minutes confirmed a solenoid or broken wire issue. That led to a search for the buried valve and its electrical connection. They had just the equipment to find it. Took 3 hole diggings along the line to locate it specifically buried about a foot down in the yard. Then immediately turned the line to manual and it succeeded sprinkling. Thus, no wire issue. He replaced the solenoid and tested that. Sprinkler was repaired. I also asked about adding a line and head to an area that was watered less than others on that zone. He expertly commented re the mixed rotating and fixed spray heads not being recommended on the same line due to volume difference issues, instead of recommending a new line. He provided me with his suggestion on sprinking duration and times per week to improve the situation and possibly switching out the two fixed heads with rotating ones. One professional and complete job experience. They get my business next time.
