    It's terrible for my folks who stayed here from iut of state for a wedding. 1. They were on the 3rd floor and the 2nd day into a 5 day trip the elevator didn't work. Told the front desk and all she said was "oh, I didn't know, and the manager would have to take care of it. When we asked when thus manager would be in, she claimed she didn't know they just come in whenever they Want?! 2. The phone didn't work 3. The TV had no signal 4. Zero customer service except the gal that helped with TV 5. Zero monies back for the frustration 6. Never AGAIN Myself and 5 others included will NEVER stay her at any other crazy Comfort Inn again

    Overall nice and comfortable. A couple lights were burned out, including heat lamp in bathroom. An electrical outlet was very loose, so the radio wouldnt work. The shower curtain was a bit moldy at the bottom. Big gap under the door - maybe install weather stripping?

    Last time we stayed across the street at motel 6. That was a horrible experience. Comfort Suites is 100% better. Service was great. The room was wonderful and very clean. This will be the place we stay when ever in town. Rooms: Big nice and clean

    I was really surprised and disappointed at my stay. Never has staff entered my room with a clear do not disturb sign. My room was entered SEVERAL TIMES. I started to notice missing things. I was beginning to feel as if someone was entering my room WITHOUT PERMISSION so i set up traps which only confirmed my suspicion. Staff had been helping themselves to my things. No safes provided. Concerns not addressed and this happened everyday of my stay despite my clear desire for no one to enter. I clean my own room. When i threw a fit regarding missing money from my room I was told that complaints were received about "strange smells" coming from my room and I was kicked out on the spot. Now they are trying to keep a the security deposit even though I gave the room back cleaner than received. The rooms would have been decent if they had been cleaned properly. The bed had old puke down the side, the tub had stranger hair, but most disturbing was the amount of mold in this building. My room had some form of black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The mold extended to common ares like the stairwell and breakfast area. The elevator almost closed on another person and once went up floors with the door completely open. Do not get me started on the terrible treatment of smokers. They provide one area of which there is no cover from weather or wind. I paid 3$ for a bottle of Coke to discover that it tasted strange because it had expired months ago. I asked to trade only to discover the orange juice had expired 4 months before and NOTHING provided in that cooler wasn't expired. They have no other vending so expired or nothing were the options provided. The pool was closed as it was in terrible disarray. I have never in my many many stays at various hotels ever experienced treatment like this! Beware this hotel it is run by a terrible little man who appeared to have issues with women in general. Service was terrible. Food not much better but the customer service was atrocious. I will never stay here again and recommend you try another hotel if you don't want black mold exposure, rude customer service or pick pocketed. I felt violated on so many different levels after this hotel stay and I am hoping this review will prevent you getting your personal space violated before they blatantly steal from you and then throw you out like trash because you made complaints. The general manager is the ring leader of that circus and I guarantee he is getting a cut of what is being STOLEN from his customers room.

Hello Nik, I would like to start off by offering my apologies for a less than perfect stay you had received with us. We have recently been having problems with the 3rd floor elevator in which you can take it up but the call button doesn't work to call it back to the 3rd floor. We have been in contact with our elevator service team who have been working diligently to get this resolved. Our temporary solution was to provide a number to call so we can easily and quickly send it up to any guest in need of it.Regarding the rest of your issues I was never made aware of them so I would like to ask to whom, if ever, did you report these issues to so that I may take appropriate action. First off ma'am, you brought Marijuana into our building which our manager was notified of and was thrown away. We contacted to police department and was told it was not a concern due to the quantity of the product. You will be charged a fee for damages to the room as well. We will need to have the room deep cleaned. If you need to talk to management please let us know.
