Experienced THEFT! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Upon check-in..we asked about the security cameras and were told they worked and was advised on the safest place to park our vehicle. We also asked if it was a safe location and asked when the last time they had any problems/theft. We were told they havent had anything happen in MONTHS (acted like they dont have many issues at all). Fast forward to checkout next morning.. our WHOLE cargo carrier bag on top of our vehicle was GONE! We were moving, so it had our LIFE in it! They cut all the straps and took the whole thing which was EXTREMELY heavy!!! One person could not have done it alone. We called police. We walked with the Cop inside, to check security footage and was told at that time.. they DIDN'T have working cameras, that they was in the process of moving them to back of hotel!! Mind you the manager had told us they were WORKING and where to park our vehicle.. and where NOT to park, just the evening before! Upon further investigation we found out they had theft just DAYS prior! The officer also said they are ALWAYS there and if anything was going to be stolen it was going to be from that parking lot! We were told from an extended stay guest (that had a trailer stolen from there) that he suspected a hotel employee that was on drugs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!! All this aside.. the rooms are placed around the pool so it is very noisy. The doors to rooms are not secure at all.. VERY easy to be broken into. There was 2 men hanging at the pool with younger kids and having them bring them beers. One of the Men appeared to know one of the ladies at the front desk on a personal level and the kids was extremely loud and obnoxious, in and out of the pool. The pool also had a smell of boiled eggs. We didnt stay long at the pool for the combination of these reasons. I will say we was greeted very nicely upon arrival and from the front desk, the hotel looks nice. The breakfast was also good. We was refunded our money back from the theft alone.. but $100 is FAR from what we had Stolen from us. So please be aware this is NOT a good place to stay.. from my experience AND the OFFICER!! Dont take the chance.. find another hotel! We only wish we would have! As well as known the information we do now. Rooms: Most rooms are under construction. Poorly renovated. Spacious. Dirty carpets. Doors are older with glass and blinds to cover them. Feels like not much privacy. Rooms are VERY easy to be broken into.. one hard kick and its opening! Our door latch wouldnt even keep the door secure. Nearby activities: Have in hotel 4 whole putt-putt golf. Can feed fish in the water fountain in hotel lobby. Hotel has a Bar with live music attached. As well as food. Can have massages(didnt do, don't know details) Safety: Not safe! High theft area!! Food & drinks: Hot hotel breakfast. Waffles, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon.. was good. Cracker Barrel is next to hotel.

I will preface this by saying the place is in the process of being renovated and we definitely got a room not yet renovated. The shower and faucet were hanging out of the wall, carpet was ripped and damaged, half the electrical outlets died in the middle of our stay (TV went out). I found the miter saw being left out (AND PLUGGED IN) a lawsuit waiting to happen. Pool was pretty nasty too. We are heavy travelers and this is our 13th hotel in the last year, and I will say their breakfast is top freakin' notch. Great breakfast. Once fully renovated this will be a great spot.

Love this place and great place to host an event. Pet friendly rooms are inside with a tropical feel. Which is nice as for great room security

This place is great for a weary traveler. After driving 17 hours from Georgia on my way to California, I stopped here for the night. I booked about a week ahead and I couldnt be happier. Honestly one of the most worth spending $95 for a room. They shoot you an auto text the day before with your room number and key code. That way you can just walk thru the lobby and go straight to your room. You dont have to talk To anyone if you dont want to. They also have a restaurant attached so you dont have to leave or order delivery. I was in a renovated king bedroom, and the place was spotless when I opened the door, bed was comfy, and the shower gave out hot water. That made me a happy man. If youre traveling with family, they also have a heated pool, mini golf, and other yard games to entertain the little ones. I definitely am staying here again when I drive back to Georgia in August.
