My dad had surgery on his right foot. The staff could not have been nicer. Everyone was professional and polite. They made my dad very comfortable through the whole process. The nurses found out his surgery was performed on his and my mom's 69th wedding anniversary. They bought a cake and brought it to his room. Now that's what I call caring for others. Thank you each and everyone at BSA.

Waited forever in the lab. My toddler was fasting for bloodwork and they were training someone on how to enter a new patient. I waited over 30 minutes to have a simple lab draw. They should really notify childrens parents that theyre training and allow them to decide if they want their kid to participate or have a senior phlebotomist do it.

Everyone was so kind an helpful! They treated our son like he was their only pt. They were supportive of us, as we were given his diagnosis. They gave us information on the diagnosis. They seriously went above an beyond! The Pediatric Unit is the best. Our baby is 11 yrs old an autistic. They were on point w everything he needed. Thank you to the staff of the Pediatric Unit!!!!

I went in for a day surgery procedure 4-5-24. All the staff were incredible and Dr. Irwin took great of me. So thankful for BSA hospital.
