I have never had such fantastic customer service as I do at Cody Longs. They are all so friendly and eager to help. Cody is a wonderful person as well as a very knowledgeable insurance man.

Not very happy to find out that the company used my insurance policy to fix damages on someones car that had nothing to do with the 2mph bump that had taken place. They went ahead and used my policy to fix the opposite side of the persons car. (Fraud) Good luck getting them to assist is righting any kind of wrong. The person who answers the phone will tell you over and over that they are unaware of the way claims are processed and are reluctant to assist in getting things sorted out. At one point I called and they told me that Marianna is who I needed to speak to but, she didn't want to take the call before she went to lunch for a couple of hours. She calls back several days later claiming that I never called. (Wow!) Anyways, the Texas Department of Insurances fraud team is handling it now. I wouldnt expect too much from this office as other then setting up a policy seems to be all they really feel like doing. They do seem like they are very good at making excuses for each other though and integrity does not appear to be one of their strong parts.
