        I was passing through, and I went inside to order due to the drive thru being backed up. I go inside and theres a whole fight about to break out between employees. Thats why the drive thru was backed up. Then one of the employees were told to clock out. We waited a while for our food, received our food and was missing half of it. We were not pleased with this experience at all. We really would like a refund on our food. And wont be back to this location. Also the food was just thrown together. It was made so sloppily.

        my freeze wasnt filled all the way and the dragon fruit is missing and they wont answer the phone so i can get a remake

        The last two times I have been here to pick up an online order, it had been a terrible experience. The first time, the lady was yelling from the back about how I was wrong on what I requested to be removed from my food after I had to bring it back. Example Lettuce, spicy ranch like I didn't request it as I was ordering ONLINE. But here we try to give them a second chance and show up for the online order again right after we ordered it (we live 5 mins away)and they told us someone else took our order and it will be 10 to 15 min before they can remake it because others are ahead of us. You're right it was our fault someone took it. Last time, giving the western location a chance. Please someone help them get their customer service and fast food status together. Loosing business by the day.
