The person helping me. Made me feel like a nuisance. Gave me a bra to try on and I feel like I wasnt going to get anymore help than that. I wearing a bra from there that I could fit 2 breasts in Oh well she did her job right? Hi how are you never again

I have been shopping at Soma for years. I am never disappointed in any of their clothing/undergarments in fact, they are my favorite. I am however writing to tell you a quick story about an employee at this location I was impressed with. I live in the bustling metropolis of Clovis, NM, where there is very little in regards to shopping, especially for what Soma offers. When I want to visit a store, I have to drive a few hours away to this location in the Westgate Mall. All that said, yesterday my favorite bra finally had enough, and I knew I was not going to be able to travel to shop for another one for quite some time. I did not remember my size or what version/style of the bra I previously had, and was wanting to purchase again. I contacted the store just in case they had my info on file. My call was answered by an enthusiastic and kind employee named Sarah. I do not know the spelling of this persons name but they quickly looked up my name and information, told me my size and the exact name of the bra I was looking for. I explained my traveling dilemma and they informed me they could order them for me, and have them shipped to me for free. They verified all of my contact info multiple times, and was patient the entire call. This story may not sound wildly over the top but given this day and age, I was astounded by the knowledge, willingness, and kindness of the Soma employee, Sarah. They went above and beyond for me, and I do not know the last time someone has been so helpful. I wanted to let whomever reading this know how impressed I was by this individual. So THANKS, Sarah. The staff is really rude, they can see you walking in the store and never get close to ask if you need any help, when I asked them about some size the 3 ladies were just staring there and only one of them told me to look for the size in the drawer.
