Southwest Retina Specialists LLP

This office is poorly run. We wait over 3 to 4 hours every 4 weeks. We arrive 10 minutes early and were seen 1 1/2 hours later. Were currently sitting in their office. Our appointment was at 10:10, we arrived at 10am, and Its currently 12:50.we still havent seen the Doctor. Most of the time the majority of the staff is polite. Not today, my 87yo mother in law has been talked down to and sighed at by staff many times. Im livid.

Great place with the best equipment and doctors. They take care of my dad who is a difficult Spanish speaking pt. Dr Eddie is not only bilingual but absolutely the best!

Coffee shop? Bingo parlor? Bookstore? Incorporating these enterprises would increase revenue I believe. Anything to help with the interminable wait. This is extremely inefficient to the point of actual rudeness. Mercy.

I have been taking my mom to see Dr. Eddy since 2017 and yes you do have to wait a while most of the time but he is one of the best doctors we have ever met. He is kind, patient and takes all the time she needs and answers all of her questions. Maybe everyone needs to slow down a little bit and take the time needed to make sure your or your loved ones eyesight is taken care of. I know that I throughly enjoy all the conservations we have with other people waiting and I will keep taking my mother there as long as Dr. Eddy is there!
