They need more help. God it's overwhelming trying to find anything in that place. I can't remember his name...but the Goth guy that works in Mac area is my favorite person there. Knowledgeable, friendly, takes time with you. Great employee. Just need more help in other areas. Cashiers are always nice

I Went there today around noon. A lady came out and said they were closed due to inventory. She didnt apologize or anything. I had an appointment and no one called to reschedule. She didnt even offer another time to come back. Ridiculous.

Heads up! The bogo sale for some items is misleading. Instead of taking a percentage off the one product as it says; it actually splits the deduction amount and takes it off both items. If you actually caculate it, the customer ends up paying more than if it was soley deducted off that one item. This is false advertisement and not really bogo sale! Mgr referred me to corporate when I addressed the issue.

Super rude and discriminatory. Very unwelcoming and cold. I cant remember if the blonde caucasian older girls name is Michelle & if the Hispanic manager is Christine or Kristie but the manager was greeting everyone that walked in and out the door, except ME & this isnt the only occasion this has happened, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go into Ulta, theyre so rude to me and discriminatory. Michelle the blonde older girl was also so indifferent when I was checking out w her at the register. This is honestly why I HATE going inside and rather shop online, but I HATE having to go inside if I have a return. I always get treated terrible and it makes me feel so not welcomed and uncomfortable . DO BETTER ULTA! Especially for a manager to act like that! GET. IT. TOGETHER.

Look, I get it. The online scheduling system may not be fool-proof. Sometimes a client comes in 5 minutes late or another one takes more time than scheduled for, causing a stylist to get backed up. Its how you handle it that matters. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early as a courtesy to the stylist. I sat myself down and wasnt acknowledged for a full 25 minutes. By that point, I was supposed to be 15 minutes into my service. The employee was very kind and polite, but offered no apologies about the delay. Not that I needed one, but customer service goes a long way. I was told I was after the client who just sat down in the chair. After that, I received no more communication for 25 minutes regarding how much longer the wait would be. I estimated that by the time they were done with that client, I would have already been there for an hour, and then Id have to sit through my actual services, and I was in a time crunch. I decided to leave at 3:05 (appt at 2:30) without receiving any salon services. Had employees been more communicative regarding the wait, and acknowledged that they were behind, I would have stayed. Its all about the customer service and taking ownership of whats happening in your salon!
