We bought a CTX-160 mini skid with multiple attachments. We have dealt primarily with Brody in the sales department. Every transaction has been smooth and they've been extremely accommodating. We even had a leak with the machine due to a hose rubbing after 90 hours of operation. They had it done not only the same day, but the same morning. In less than 3 hours they diagnosed the issue, removed the damaged hose, had a custom hose made (2 inches longer), installed the new hose, washed the machine and filled it up with fresh oil all before 11am. Badass service in my opinion. Definitely Recommend. Thanks Brody & Service Dept!!

Can't trust these guys!!! They mark there parts up 200 to 400 %. I had trac break on my 800 called them priced one track for 625.00 called Ditch witch got both tracks for 530.00. I also bought a bucket and ditcher attachment from them last year charged me 1,000.00 over retail. Vermeer has great equipment!!! I will be going to ditch witch from now on ... because the service and the over pricing by the employees. Ditch witch is there to help you get back to work not try to put you out of business!!!!!!!
