Do not EVER use the company for any services. My washer wasn't rinsing or draining, and instead of admitting that the tech didn't know what he was doing, he cut wires on the mother board and destroyed it. I had already paid him $300 by the time this was discovered. He then refused to answer his phone, and would only text that he was "sick". He never refunded my money, and I had to have another company come out, only to find out that the washer was so beyond repair from his choppy work it would have to be replaced. So I'm out $300 plus the cost of another washer. SCAM ARTIST!!!!!

I really wanted to like this Guy. I wanted to support a local business and help a mom and pop style company in my area and in turn receive excellent service. However I absolutely detest the experience i has with this poor excuse of a handyman. I absolutely echo the other reviews about this company and their blatant lack of knowledge about the item i hired them to repair. In addition he is quite arrogant, the most recent example of this happened earlier this week with a appliance that need a tune up, next thing i know the unit went for needing a tune up to almost catching on fire after this neanderthal "worked" on it and told me it was good to go. THE SHORT VERSION - If this guy shows up at your home or office to repair an item, save yourself the expense and just cover it in gasoline and light it on fire. Because this is what will happen after he tells you its fixed and leaves.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! He charged $300 to fix washing machine but when it broke THE NEXT DAY, he refused to go back to even look at it. When someone else went out to look at it, they found that he had cut wires & PURPOSEFULLY ruined the entire washer.

Avoid at all cost, might as well fix it yourself!! More like mr break it should be his name! Gave money on good faith and he ruined the equipment instead of fixing anything, after he said it was fixed it broke almost immediately and wouldnt return a call!!!

***BEWARE OF DR.FIX IT*** Posting this out of hopes no one else will have to deal with the headache and dual expense of using this handyman for work. We hired Justin to come do a simple repair job on a washing machine door latch at one of our rental properties. Not only did Justin make my tenants (who are three young females) feel uncomfortable while he was at the home, he never fixed the washer and charged $300 for labor and parts. After countless text messages and phone calls to Justin upon finding out the washer machine was still broken and never properly fixed, all he would reply is Im sick via text and wouldnt respond when asked when hed be back to fix it correctly. Didnt take long to realize how UNRELIABLE Justin is, so I hired a separate handyman company (Appliance Tech) who sent out a very helpful and knowledgeable technician. After their technician ran a diagnostic, he informed me the original handyman, Justin Miller, had completely ruined the wiring so badly in the washer that it now needs to be completely replaced. So instead of Justin refunding the money he took from us, hes gone ghost and now here we are - no other option then to let the world know of this mans work and business ethics. Hope this shines some light for whoever may be considering utilizing his services.
