I sincerely want to tell you that Dr. Casas has changed my life after 1 and a half years of almost not being able to walk properly due to an accident and during that time seeing doctors who only gave me medications and nothing worked for me, I was in pain 24/7. I put it in the hands of Doctor Casas who, from the first session, sent me home without pain and the best thing was that I could now walk!!! He made me a therapy plan and he never leaves me alone! It's amazing and very professional! He is my angel hands! Thank you Dr. Casas, I will be forever grateful!!

Growing up Ive been in and out of chiropractors but not really understanding how beneficial it is to my body. I would go because I felt the need to have my back popped. With Dr. Casas I feel like he truly cares about making you feel better the minute you step into his office and even when you leave and go about your busy life! After almost a year & a pregnancy, I can definitely tell a difference. He is by far the best chiropractor I have been to & is very respectful. I strongly recommend giving him a visit!

Lighthouse chiropractor has been the best thing for my back I have ever experienced. He was so detailed in explaining things to me in a way that I could understand and I have made great progress with my long battle with back pain. Everyone should use light house chiropractic services!!!
