        We recently were flooded in our apartment and had some water leakage in one of our bedrooms. I had notified our mgmt company Thurs, Fri, & Sat to no avail. Sunday I notified them that I was going to call someone myself if they did not get someone to come over. Mr Deaver, of Double D, immediately contacted me - he was in church and still contacted me - Amazing! We made arrangements for him to get there after church and he speedily appeared. He was so professional and personable, assessed the damage and jumped right into the solution. Thank You Sir, for helping to relieve the stress of the flooding with The Most Wonderful Customer Service! Service: General carpet cleaning
