Never i ever been in the worst service till now, we had to wait one hour and half for our drink and that place isnt even that crowded, these waitress is just busying talking to other waitresses and trying to look pretty to gaf, if its same thing as in future then Ill recommend not going there, we havent got the order yet nor the drinks for hours so we left and went to Twin Peaks instead, Twin Peaks is alot faster that we finally got drinks in 10 minutes and order foods in 20 minutes, people in BWW are lazy and not taking the jobs seriously

i don't recommend this place. they took almost 2 hours to give me my food. and servers wouldn't show up to see if anything or a drink. and also they got two of my orders wrong. and the food was also cold like if they just had it sitting down for like and hour. very disappointed in this place.

Wrong food order got boneless instead of bone in. Then wrong sauces. Customer service is nonexistent please avoid. Also right when you walked in the building there was a big puddle of throw up
