Chase Bank

This bank refused to cash 2 checks issued by our mortgage company. The 2 times I was there the teller told me that the account on the check was closed. Seriously? I ended up having to send both checks back to our mortgage company and they issued the claims check out to the siding company. I won't ever do business with bank ever again.

I was on an account with my father and I was his conservator. He passed away. Everything was set up in a trust and will and I am the executor and sole heir to all assets. All the proper legal documents were drawn up with my attorneys. I liquidated and sold all assets and set up his trust at a different bank. I have closed accounts all over. This was 3 years ago! Chase will still not close out the account or give me access to the small balance left in my account. The staff working there does not know anything about legal stuff. They lost original documentation of death certificates, socials, and legal paperwork that they were provided. I have since then, provided all documentation again. Horrible service and no knowledge. I worked in a bank for several years. I have been lied to and it is becoming an issue of harassment. I have pulled my mortgage and any accounts or cards with Chase. I cannot get answers from anyone. I should not have to hire an attorney to seek legal action against the bank because they are incompetent and will not close an account from 3 years ago.

I stopped by to pick up a couple of roll of quarters. When I stated what I needed the teller replied, "We don't have any quarters." I wasn't sure exactly how to respond to that statement. A bank without quarters? Lie. In addition, attempted to deposit cash via the ATM earlier in the day, machine was malfunctioning, could not process that transaction. Thank goodness I also have an account a Wells Fargo and will likely close the Chase account and transfer all assets to Wells.

I was just trying to deposit cash, and the ATM malfunctioned and ate my money (a chunk of money). I tried to get help, and I could not get adequate assistance. They just gave me a phone number and would not help. The only manager on site (Kathy) would not help, she just walked away and left the building without doing anything. No one put up a sign to let other people know that the ATM was not working properly, I had to warn people that the ATM is eating people money. I have never had such a terrible experience with a bank before.
