Debbi and team came highly recommended to us by a close family friend. We were new to the process for a HELOC and needed lots of help, time, and attention. We had a SEAMLESS experience. Debbi is knowledgeable and patient, and she absolutely took care of everything. She went out of her way to explain the details multiple times and gave us great options to consider. Her team member, Nik even helped us across the finish line by going above and beyond, and calling every title company in Katy to find someone who would courtesy close our deal close to home so we didnt have to drive out of town. What an incredible customer service experience. Im pleased to say they have earned our business for life!
