Proven Automotive Performance of Amarillo

I originally loved my service, but now I am revoking my 5 stars because of what just happened. I took my car in two days ago to get a hose replaced. They fixed it. Awesome. Not even 24 hours later, my check engine light comes on and my car is sputtering horribly. Mind you. I have NEVER had issues with my engine before I brought my car there. I gave them a call and asked if they might've accidentally damaged anything. This dude immediately raises his voice and tells me to not accuse them of anything, etc. I was not accusing ANYONE of ANYTHING. I simply asked a question. I wasn't even rude about it either!! I will never take my vehicle back here.

Great service & VERY helpful here. My boyfriend & I broke down on our way back to DFW area and the amount of help we received from here was amazing. Kevin went above and beyond to help us and couldnt be more appreciative.
