        Went in for a specific item, and it wasn't there. Asked employee if they had some in the back. They pulled up on the computer that they had one in stock. They asked if I looked where it normally is. Yep. Not there. Then they gave me a list of other stores that should have it despite having one in stock. I understand it's Christmas time and everyone wants to be lazy. But when you don't show any effort to even try to look. Yeah..... Kinda bad.

        Got battery tested...excellent customer service..wanted to tip the young gentleman but he refused said he would get in trouble...comon let the kids get a tip if offered!
