They have been my insurance company of choice for almost 10 years now and I have never had a problem with any of the people in the office. The last time I was in town I stopped by for a copy of my renters insurance since I didn't have a working printer near by. I talked to Britani and she was a Wonderfull help. she, like everyone else with this great company is always a great help. Fast to get everything I need done and always asking about the family. They also were a great help when we had to make a claim for my wife's old car. this is a top notch company with top notch employees that care.

I called up to the office and was wondering how about go getting a quote for ne and my husband. The young lady ah I andwred said she could gather our info and have another agent call us back. She was very persistent and I had asked why she wasnr abke to quote us she said she was still in training but could not input it for us but could enter all it into system and save some time with process. Her name I believe was Brittany and she was very persistent and didn't want to let me off the phone with out helping. I told her well we wanted to shop around but would be back with her for sure just on the fact that she was so willing to help and go beyond. You are lucky to have this young ady working for you. Shes got the best customer service ive ever exapericed so hopefully brittany will be available when we decide to pursue. Shes a keeper.
