        During a remodel we bought the majority of our lighting and large appliances from Timeless Designs. Two years later we had a small issue with a light fixture. Stan and Debbie were fabulous!!! They ordered the part that was needed to fix the fixture and Stan replaced it at no charge. They are wonderful. The customer service is like no other! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Timeless Design!

        Salesperson not knowledgeable.  Wasted my time in here.  She was unable to answer my questions, could not find what I wanted.  Said she would e-mail me--never did.  Said the light that I wanted didn't exist.  They have me the feeling they were not up to date on current remodeling.  Came home and found the exact light I was looking for (LED, energy efficient) on amazon.com without much effort and costing less than what they were quoting on other lights.  This place won't be open much longer.
