        My experience was NOT Super. We were without an oven for 4 1/2 months despite numerous promises that the job would completed "soon", "tomorrow", "this week", etc. Communication is very bad with calls not answered or returned, the office doesn't seem to be aware of what's going on with service staff. Bottom line I was extremely frustrated throughout the process of making dozens/texts to get the job finished. I am grateful that $900 later my oven works in time for Thanksgiving. Blake, the technician, seems to know what he's doing and is nice enough WHEN he finally shows up. Next time I'll call someone else, do it myself or buy new. If you don't believe me check Better Business Bureau filings (I wish I had).
