Worst place I ever worked for they take advantage of people time dont care if you dont have a relief management turns off there phone so you cant call them then call back the next day apologize for what I already worked. Hopefully one day it will get better

When we placed our sister in the Daybreak facilities, it was a facility that appeared to care about the residents. The group home workers have a high turnover (pay for certain is the lowest and the inability to keep good help). Most of the caregivers are wonderful. The girls are sometimes sandwiched in one house due to staffing. When they are short staffed, my sister usually ends up at the ER for hours until they can staff the home or they talk Dr. Bridges and will get him to admit her. Shes currently been hospitalized for 19 days with no correspondence from anyone. No one knows anything or is willing to do anything. The doctor has made numerous comments on numerous occasions about the releases depending on what Daybreak says. We were manipulated other fear into letting them have guardianship because they stated that they would need to be able to make any possible lifesaving medical decisions in her best interests. Stating that the time to reach us could be the difference between life/death for her. Only to find out that this will take thousands of dollars to get it reversed and finding attorneys to call back has been a nightmare. They get her SSI and for half of the month after- shes hospitalized. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS ORGANIZATION!!!
