        I bought a backpack from this store for my friend,but she did not like it, so I had to take it back. As soon as I told the salesmen I had to return the bag, one of the salesman (Kenny , I was not sure I am spelling his name right,he refused to tell me how to spell and he did not wear a name badge) questioned me in a condescending tone - you ended up returning it after all the time you spent the other day? I tried to explain that the bag was for my friend, he then ordered me to hurry to finish the return and get out my store I was very hurt and insulted by his horrible attitude towards to me. The other salesman Michael was very kind and friendly to me. I will not buy anything from Fossil at Allen outlet anymore.
