        I had Farm Bureau Insurance in the state of Texas for far too long.. 9 years.They charge way too much for insurance and they have "Membership fees" on top of that. A total RIP off.When I changed insurance company's, I had just payed...which I should have gotten back my $131.00 back..but of course they said..even though I wasn't with their company any longer, the fees were nonrefundable. Ridiculous. No company should be able to RIP people off. Find insurance somewhere else.. Farm Bureau is an absolute rip off.

        After 5 years of paying insurance on 5 vehicles and not once having filed a claim. We decided to apply for additional insurance. I was unimpressed with the lack of time, effort and professionalism shown to us during the process. We have decided to go with another insurance company who will have a team ready to help us with anything we need, whenever we need it, and will have the time to listen to and answer our questions and concerns.
