Steve came to repair tiles falling out of shower. Extimated possible expense of 3000 + so I was prepared for the worst. Steve removed bad places that were behind the shower tile and found only about 3 sq. ft. of bad area behind the tile. He did all the removing of bad material behind the tile and replaced the original tile which I could not find a match for the whole shower. Saved me about 2000 dollars. Why could I not be pleased. Steve is incredible. I would not want ANY OTHER repair man in my house. He is soooo good I would trust him to build a house for me...he is fantastic. Andy is the guy I talked to originally and is also fantastic. Came to the house to meet me and my wife. While here he helped me to figure out counter tops for the bath rooms. Steve and Andy are the best I have ever seen, so good with details. Friendly, on time, neat, professional, go the extra mile in repairs with out hidden costs. These people are not like the 7 or so contractors I have had come to my house that wanted to charge me up to about 30,000 dollars for remodeling and repairs. These people or honest and I had them give me a price for remodling my master bath that was about 16000 and not 30000. I am happy as a pig in a mud puddle that I have found these people. Easy to work with, easy to get in touch with unlike some contractors that will not take your calls in the middle or end of job. Hire these people for your work or better yet stay away from them because I dont want them so busy else where because I want to keep them as repair men all for myself because people like them are HARD TO FIND. Thank you Steve and Andy. I look forward to working with you to replace both bath counter tops. Services: General repairs, Tile work replacement
