        Shopped at Allen location and there were at least 20 people in line with only one associate at checkout. I asked the manager politely if she could assist even and she kept her back turned and said absolutely not. They need more people and manager who are customer oriented.

        After looking at several nearby stores. I called this location looking for balloons/helium for my sons birthday party. The associate I spoke with (I believe her name was Chrissy). Was kind and helpful. She asked how many I needed and which ones. When I showed up about 15 minutes later she had the balloons ready for me. She went above and beyond and I really appreciated it.

        I love Dollar Tree, but the manager or lead at this one needs to find another occupation. She complained the whole time I was there. Cashier was rude as well. I'm sure it's a trickle down affect.
