Ultimate wood care did the stain on our new fence and they did an amazing job. I appreciate Charles from sales, Cathy who I talked with on the phone. Both Charles and Cathy answered all my questions and were very kind and professional. Jose did a great job applying the stain on our fence and was also very professional and worked quickly! I really appreciate everyone that worked with us and would definitely recommend this company

From beginning to end it was a real pleasure dealing with Ultimate Wood Care! From Charles who stopped by to give us the quote and explain the details to Kathy for answering all my questions and providing addresses of previous jobs so I could see the colors on a real fence. And just as important, Jose Cruz who did an awesome job not only staining the fence but taking care not to stain anything else but the fence! The bonus was the extremely well priced service. The experience I had with Ultimate Wood Care was a very warm and friendly experience. You didn't feel like a customer but family. Charles was very courteous and went out of his way to come by not just during the proposal process but after our fence was installed and applied the stains we were considering on some pickets so we could get a real glance of which stain would look best overall. Most companies hand you a pre-stained picket about half a foot long or a brochure to look at with the color samples. The crew was very friendly and prepped every area, even the ground, and as they stained would came back and clean the steel fence poles and washed down all of our back windows, doors, including any neighbor windows, and /or any a/c units that may have gotten sprayed. The windows didn't have anything on them but they did it anyway as a precaution. They ensured the stain was applied properly and evenly and went back and touched up areas before they put their equipment away. Afterwards Charles told me if anything needed touch up or any repair work was done he would come back and stain the area at no additional cost within reason which I totally understand. I'm very pleased with the workmanship and going on a month now no issues and would use Ultimate Wood Care again. We went with the Walnut 196; Charles uses Huemiller a McKinney based company so you can get stain anytime if you need it. Thank you Charles
